Senior HR Manager – Professional Services

 

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and shape the HR function of a growing professional services firm. This is a high-impact, highly visible role working closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all HR matters.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • Oversee leave management, payroll, performance reviews, and goal-setting processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support growth and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
  • Design compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks that attract and retain top talent.
  • Support leadership development, employee coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Build and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to build or transform an HR function.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, compliance, and talent management.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic vision with day-to-day HR operations.
